Thank you David Suzuki. I am, by technicality, a citizen of two countries. A member of no religious 'group' in particular. (a spiritualist, yes!). An observer and recorder of life. I believe every person, every experience has something to teach us, about ourselves, about life. I believe in karma. I believe in the laws of physics, that our actions can cause equal and opposite re-actions. And I believe that no one is really 'free' if that freedom comes at a price for someone or something else, animal, plant or mineral. The 'how' of independence matters. The 'how' of most things does.
I will celebrate interdependence today! And the freedom and power that lies within that.
