returns + exchanges

 

Shipping:
Please allow 7-10 business days for US delivery. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail/insured/ with a delivery confirmation tag. We can provide overnight express shipping on orders made before 11 am Eastern Time, but you MUST contact us first via phone or email for confirmation and pricing. We will ship internationally, via USPS global priority, by prior arrangement via e-mail or phone, but you, the customer must be responsible for any customs fees incurred

Exchanging:
As a small company, we regret that we accept returns for store credit only. Exchanges are accepted on pieces purchased from our website only, and within 7 business days. Please contact us via email before sending to receive a return authorization number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.

The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited to your Kerin Rose account in the form of a gift certificate; Custom orders are not returnable, as are limited edition items that are indicated as such in the product listing. The dollar amount will be your original purchase price, minus shipping costs, and return shipping/insurance costs will be your responsibility.

Be sure to use USPS delivery, as UPS and Fed Ex will not ship to post office boxes. Please package in the original box and padded mailer and insure your package for your protection, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please write the return authorization number you are issued after contacting us on the outside of the parcel.

A note about ring sizing:

We make all of our rings in whole sizes from sizes 5-9. Other sizes are available by arranging a custom order. Please be aware, that custom orders are not returnable, and it is the customers’ responsibility to determine the correct size. We strongly recommend against using online paper or plastic belt style sizers, as these can be inaccurate. Your best bet is to go to a local jeweler for sizing, or contact us and we will send you solid plastic sizers with a small deposit, to be refunded in full when you order your ring. In some instances rings without stones can be sized up ¼ to ½ a size. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions regarding this!… we are here to help!

Repairs:
We stand behind the quality of our work. Pieces purchased through boutiques and galleries must be returned for repair to the place of purchase. Much of our repair work is free of charge, but on occasion, there are small fees involved, so please contact us in advance to discuss the repair your piece might require, You may do this via email or phone, As with exchanges, we will only repair pieces that arrive with an authorization number, and you will receive one after making contact with us around your repair needs.

Indicate your reason for the return, and package your purchase safely and securely in original packaging, or something resembling that, as we cannot take responsibility for items sent to us damaged by the postal service due to inadequate packaging. Please indicate the reason for the repair, authorization number, and your contact information and insure, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Do not send packages C.O.D, as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.
